What an amazing and emotional week! First off i want to share a scripture i found earlier this week that i absolutely love. If i could share it with everyone i know and care about i would! Its Alma 13:27-29

 27 And now, my brethren, I awish from the inmost part of my heart, yea, with great banxiety even unto pain, that ye would hearken unto my words, and cast off your sins, and notcprocrastinate the day of your repentance;

 28 But that ye would humble yourselves before the Lord, and call on his holy name, and awatch and pray continually, that ye may not be btempted above that which ye can bear, and thus be cled by the Holy Spirit, becoming humble, dmeek, submissive, patient, full of love and all long-suffering;

 29 aHaving faith on the Lord; having a hope that ye shall receive eternal life; having the blove of God always in your hearts, that ye may be lifted up at the last day and enter into his crest.

ITS SO GOOD(: I shared it alot this week with some of our investigators and wanted to share it with my family and friends as well. My favorite part is "having the love of God always in your hearts..." if we truly have the love of God in our hearts we will want to be obedient.. we will serve others.. we wont get discoureged our get down on our selves because we know that We have a loving heavenly Father...something i needed to hear later on in the week...that story comes later. (:

Well Marylin, the mom of Laskmy, committed to a baptismal date finally!! And we have seen such a change in her this week.. she said she wants to be baptized but still has some doubts.. so were going to help her and hopefully all will work out(: Also we are planning to do a service project wednesday for her.. and for my Birthday(: Nancy and her two daughters are getting baptized this saturday along with Fernando. Nancy is so great.. i love her. and i know that her son.. that is on his mission will be so happy when his family is baptized!We met a 14 year old a couple weeks ago and he always comes to church but sneaks out before we can talk to him.. this sunday we caught him and had a lesson with him.. He has a rough life...and it  seems like he got into the wrong croud.. but he told us that he wants to change..that he loves the way he feels when hes at church and that he wants to be like the boys that are his friends in the church.. Im learning more and more how important the examples of the youth are. A bunch of the youth from our ward went to EFY this past week and came back with such a strong spirit, almost all of them got up  and bore their testimonies in sacrament and man.. i dont think i stopped crying the whole hour.. they will all make such good missionaries one day!!

okay now for my favorite part of the week..monday we ran into a member who said that Fabricio.. a grandson of one of the recent converts in the ward wanted to be baptized and wanted us to meet with him as soon as possible.. so monday night we went and got to know him and taught him.. Hes been coming to church with his grandma for a while know and as we taught him throughout the week we saw just how strong this young boy is. He is 10 years old and his mom wants  nothing to do with the church.. but he told us that he read the book of mormon and knows this is the true church and that he wanted to be baptized saturday... so we made it happen and had his baptism on saturday! It was sad because his WHOLE family went to the beach for the weekend... but he didnt, he told his mom that he wasnt going that he wanted to be baptized.. What a tough little guy!! He seriously amazes me! His baptism was soo awesome.. the spirit was so strong.. especially when he bore his testimony and said that one day he hoped his family too would join the Church of Jesus Christ(:  man miracles exist..

Sunday we were 30 minutes into sacrament meeting and Fabricio hadnt showed up yet to get confirmed... so naturally we were both feeling pretty down..then a member got up and bore his testimony that God loves us and cares about us... something that we hear in testimony meeting all the time but this time i really felt it.. God loves us and knows us.. He will always love us.. and even though we will still pass through hard times that doesnt mean that he doesnt care about us... i was reminded of a quote by Jeffrey R. Holland that i have hung up above my desk ".. in a resurrected, otherwise perfected body, our Lord has chosen to retain for the benefit of his disciples the wounds in his hands and his feel and his sides.. Signs.. if you will, that painful things happen even to the pure and perfect. Signs, if you will, that pain in this world is NOT evidence that God doesnt love you..." Wow.. what a powerful statement. 45 minutes into sacrament meeting Fabricio.. AND his mom walked in.. and they were able to do the confirmation. God loves us, He cares, and difficulties or pain in this life does not mean he doesnt love us...

Im excited for this week, we have lots of work to do and.. of course i will be turning 21 on wednesday!! Who would of thought that i would be on a mission when i turned 21.. not me(: in celebration of my turning 21 i would like to share my testimony.. i know that our Savior lives, and Loves us and i know that change IS possible.. If we believe in him and his power to help us we can change and over come anything in this life,  and that the only true happiness and inner peace can only be found in the Gospel Of Jesus Christ.. I know that The atonement is real.. and our Heavenly FAther is always willing to forgive us if we will humble ourselves and repent. The book of mormon is the word of God, and Joseph Smith was a true profet of God. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints is the one and only true church here on this earth.. It is the church of Jesus Christ and he directs it. I love this gospel.. and i love sharing it here with the people of Peru! I pray that each one of you will always remember that you are a son or daughter of God.. He knows you.. he knows your needs, wants, problems, desires, everything.. and he LOVES you.
Have an amazing week!!! Les Amo!!!!!(:
