It's here, Our first letter!

Oveja Perdida

Family!
Day one is over! Today was amazing and I hope this Joy and excitement carries on throughout these 18 months and i'm sure it will! First off my address is:
Sister Camille Melissa Weller

Provo, Utah 84604-1793
write me lots of letters! I want to thank you guys for everything you all did over the past days and weeks. I couldn't have done it without your love and support! I love and miss you guys so much! So first off they put you through this assembly line and give you your badge and room key, then they haul all of your luggage to your room which getting my two huge suitcases up the stairs was super fun :) I felt like such a princess (LOL) I'm in a room with 5 other girls so 6 girls total, 3 bunk beds so basically were all living out of our suitcases that we put under our beds. Ha-ha. 2 girls are going to Korea and the other 3 are going to Peru!
After we took our luggage to our room they take you to the bookstore and you get a 20 pound bag of books and stuff. Ha-ha  Then we went to our classroom and met my district, from the second you walk in the classroom the teachers only speak Spanish  No English  It surprised me how much Spanish I know and also how much I have to learn. My teachers are awesome, they make me so excited to learn. By the way Oveja Perdida means "Lost Sheep" :) They taught us that today when someone asked about my ring. After class we went to a little devotional thing that was really cool. The MTC president talked and so did his wife. One of the coolest things they said was that you only need to do 2 things to succeed. 1. Get started 2. Never stop.
I loved that! OH YEAH>>>my companion :) she is great. Her name is Hermana Bledose and she is so nice! She is from California and she went to BYU. I think I am really going to get along with her. She is great. I am already trying to serve her and everyone around me. I want to start these 18 months off right! After the devotional we ate dinner which was okay, it was a country fried steak sort of thing but I didn't eat much, we couldn't find the wraps but I know where they are now so I am going to try that tomorrow  I tried to find Kelsey but I haven't seen her yet! We had a little "First teaching experiences  thing where we went to three 2 different scenario's and had to be the missionaries to non members, there was a whole room of us so it wasn't bad but it still made things more real. It made me so excited to learn and to get to go to Peru and teach the people. A lady talked to us today and said her Granddaughter is going to Peru and her Visa just came. So everyone in my district(all of us are going to Peru except 1 who is going to Columbia) are hoping ours come soon so we can go to the Peru MTC! Two of the Elders in my district are going to Arequipa, so that is pretty cool! They want us to speak as much Spanish as we know so basically they want us to speak Spanglish :) I'm loving it here so far. I love being surrounding by missionaries  The spirit and feeling of peace is so strong. It feels so good to be here, I know it is where I am supposed to be.
We got our schedule for the next 6 weeks and it is comforting to know everything it already planned out for me. I can't wait to dive into the language and the gospel. ;) OH!! my P-days are on Mondays so that when I will email you back. Everyone's been talking about Easter Sunday and how a General Authority will probably be here to talk so that is exciting! You probs won't hear from me until Monday but they told us to make sure we wrote home tonight. Especially because you didn't have my address. I love you. I feel good. I know it will get hard but I am ready to do the work! THE CHURCH IS TRUE!!!
I Love Love Love Love you all! Talk to you soon, write me!!! <3
Love Sister Weller
